If you are not completely satisfied with your order and would like to process a return, please contact our customer service team and state the following: your order number, your email address and reason for return. We will then provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Our Return Policy:
- Return Window: You can return unwashed and unworn clothing within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must have original tags and packaging.
- Sale Items: All sale items are final sale unless otherwise stated.
- Return Shipping: We do not offer free returns at this moment. Please note that the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount when we process your return.
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving your return package, we will assess the products. Once accepted, we will refund the balance to your original method of payment.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been applied.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process on your account.
